What are your business hours?

We are an online store available 24/7, with customer service support available 9am-9pm (UAE Time) Monday - Saturday.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

We deliver within the UAE (with an additional fee for Western / Remote regions), and GCC shipping via DHL excluding any customs fees that will be at the customer’s expense.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days, with the exception of peak holiday seasons.

What is your return policy?

Returns are only possible if the wrong items were shipped to you, and we were informed with picture evidence within 3 days of receiving the order. We will cover the return and shipping costs.

How do I care for this product?

Dry clean or hand-wash is preferred due to the delicate embroidery work.

Do you provide tailoring services?

We do not provide tailoring services.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be done on our website with your credit card or Apple / Google pay.

Can I track my order?

You will receive email updates from us until your order is dispatched with the courier.

GCC / International orders will receive order tracking information via DHL.
