Return and Refund Policy

Our standard policy is that we offer refunds or replacements for embroidered fabrics returned within 7 days of purchase and/or receipt of order, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item(s). We'll work diligently to resolve the issue promptly.

To expedite the process, please provide the following:

  • Order receipt
  • Clear photos of the item(s) with the product tag visible

Once we've confirmed the error, we'll arrange for a pickup at your convenience. We'll then send you the correct item(s) within 7 business days.

Fabric Care: Carefully follow the care instructions provided with your fabric. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for fabrics that have shrunk, faded or been damaged due to improper washing or care. Washed fabrics are considered used, and therefore are not eligible for returns.

Unique Items: Due to the nature of our imported and limited fabrics, which are often one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. 

Staff Recommendations: While our staff may offer care advice, please note that this does not override our stated refund and replacement policies. We recommend customers to conduct their own research regarding fabric care, in addition to following the care instructions provided. We are not responsible for damages that occur due to customer interpretation of staff suggestions.

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of Sewn Threads.

Please note: All sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
